We ARE APPLICATING AGAINST THE INCONSTRUCTIVE LIMITATION OF OUR BASIC RIGHTS!
By the enactment of the general decrees since 11.3.2020, our constitutionally guaranteed basic rights were temporarily suspended. How long is completely unclear.
The restriction or better the removal of our basic rights concerns above all our personal liberty rights guaranteed in the German constitution (Article 2 GG), the freedom of assembly (Article 8 GG), the right to freedom of movement (Article 11 GG) as well as the right to freedom of occupation (Article 12 GG) and the right to free practice of religion (Article 4 GG).
We do not believe that this state, which – since we are in the world – has neither taken appropriate measures against the global climate catastrophe, nor against poverty and hunger in the world, against war and expulsion or to improve a dilapidated health and education system, is now acting in our interest and wants the best for us.
